Terms of Sale (UK Only)

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with NJP Pastel Art & Illustration within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Products & Personalisation

Most of our products are non‑personalised.
Some items can be personalised (for example: names, dates, or custom details).

Please check all personalised information carefully before placing your order.
We create personalised items exactly as submitted, and we cannot make changes once production has started.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time.

3. Shipping (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
These are estimates, not guarantees, but we always do our best to meet them.

If your order is delayed due to courier issues, we’ll help where we can, but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We follow UK consumer law to ensure everything is fair and transparent.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Non‑Personalised Items)

You may return non‑personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive the item back in good condition, we will issue a refund for the product price.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos.

• We will cover return postage.
• You may choose a replacement or a full refund.

Personalised or Custom‑Made Items

Personalised or custom‑made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Please double‑check all personalised details before placing your order.

5. Cancellations

Non‑Personalised Items

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, it becomes a return.

Personalised Items

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Accuracy of Colours & Images

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the nature of handmade artwork.
