We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are packed with care from our studio in Wiltshire.

Processing Times

Non‑personalised items are dispatched within 2–5 working days.

If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout, we will prioritise your order and dispatch it within 1 working day. This expedited processing is available for non‑personalised items only.

Personalised items may take up to 2 weeks to create.

Commissions will have their timelines and any required deposit agreed at the start.

If there is ever a delay, we will contact you directly.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods.

Local Collection

Collection from our studio or pickup at events is available by prior agreement only.
There is no charge for local collection.

Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange this.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we’ll help where we can, but we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail.

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will investigate. A replacement or refund will be offered once Royal Mail confirms the item as lost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will replace or refund the item and cover any return postage if needed.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
